The Nitto Pearl 9 measures 9.7cm. The other Nitto stems, Deluxe,
Dynamic, Crystal Fellow, & Lugged all measure true to size from my
experience.

You may find that as you raise the bars you will want more reach.
Grant had written something about this in a reader. Can't remember the exact
one but it had an illustration of a guy with mutton chop sideburns showing
how your arms get effectively longer as you raise the handlebars.
