When I first discovered Rivendell, their whole domain (and provider) was on a
"Realtime Black Hole" list (of open relays that spammers use), and most ISPs
wouldn't even serve the site. I think I could see it at work, but not at home.

It's weird that there seems to be such a variety of experiences with
communication with RBW staff. Spencer, Dave, Keven and Meisha have all been
fantastic. While I haven't gotten a response from Jared, I want to be very
clear that I'm not "upset" or anything. I imagine their work days are busy
