Being somewhat put-off by cults of personality, I think there's enough of Grant in the various Rivendell pieces to give it a personal touch while retaining focus on the bikes and gear. After all, it is the bikes we are buying and enjoying. The whole Rivendell approach is quirky and self-effacing
