I have the Ribbit brakes on one bike. I also have experience with Tektro Oryx as well as older cantilever brakes. When Mark put Ribbits on my Bianchi - he showed me how he secures the post of the brake pad in a vise, and gives the pad a gentle whack to create toe-in. So far, they have worked fine.

Hi Jason, I have them on my Quickbeam. As you mentioned they have no toe-in adjustment. I've never had problems with squeaking though. Their main disadvantage compared to, say, Tektro CR720s is that they haven't got microadjustment screws so you have to get it right and tighten the main bolt. That
