Yeah, those are tubulars. They are Vittoria Competition Rally. They
say 23, but measure closer to 24mm. I'm interested in trying the
Vittoria Pave model which goes all the way to 27mm, but at $100
apiece, I might wait a bit.

The "parting-out-the-old-parts" phase of this project is nearing
completion.
I bought the whole bike for $600.
I've kept the Frame/Fork/Headset, the Bar/Stem, the saddle, the
wheelset/tires, the cages and pump.
I removed for resale most of the Campy Super Record bits: crankset,
BB, Rder, Fder, shi
Pretty bike! It's similar in color to my Bleriot. Enjoy it.

I did one shake-down ride on the tubulars, and was satisfied enough
with the fit to wrap twine and shellac the bars. It's ready to ride!
I'm amazed how un-low this bike was geared to start with. 42x21 was
the lowest gear. I h
