I think you can leave a note with your offer but it’s sometimes hard to
find/see. The eBay interface for anything other than “buy now” is bafflingly
terrible for a major 2019 commerce site, and even worse for sellers.

In defense of the seller on this the way Ebay displays offers isn't very good.
I was recently selling some items and I basically ended up contacting the
potential buyer, negotiating something & then I relisted the item for buy it
now so they could more easily (for both of us) buy it.

Not so fast... looks like the Betty might go back to eBay. The seller had
accepted my offer which I clearly indicated included shipping to MA but they
didn’t honor it, so out of principle I’m not buying - good luck to the whoever
gets it!

Strange this 62cm Betty Foy has a noticeably shorter head tube than the
60cm Cheviot. Great price, though.

Personally I would say the 62cm Betty would work for anyone with a 84 PBH up to
96 PBH. Comparable to a 59cm Clementine or Clem L. Have possessed both
previously. Wife 5’7” long legged wife and 6’ balanced proportion daughter
both fit a 62cm Betty. Daughter has a 59cm Clementine now and I al
