It's a square foot of tightly woven cotton cloth that Riv used to sell. I put the tools and spare tube in the middle and wrap them up like a burrito. Then a couple of rubber bands plus an old toe strap to bind to the rack (or under the saddle). Among all the different bags I've tried for carryin
