Can't find a picture but this reminded me that in the past Ronnie suggested putting a piece of brake cable housing over the hanging part of the brake cable when running cantis. It works as a sleeve and prevents the bag from impeding the movement of the cable. I have done this and it does wo

I have both a Rod Steward and a homebrew Pec Deck. I slightly prefer the Pec Deck — it plays a little nicer with my Tubus Tara low-rider front rack. Having said that, I think I’m going to replace the whole shebang with a Pass and Stow 3-rail rack and Bags by Bird Right Height custom handlebar bag.J
