Tubus has a good selection of racks. The Duo is handy & easy to
install & remove, but does require the fork to have eyelets for its
upper mounts. I had these added to my Atlantis. They are mid-fork, a

I use exactly this set up on my tandem. For every day use it has a Mark's
Mini rack and front bag, but when touring I add a Tubus Duo. I ordered it
from England because the Silver ones are not exported to the US, but the
black would have done just as well since the rack is almost entirely hidd
