Hi Michael, You may want to consider the Nitto Dynamic (I'm assuming that's their "normal" road stem). It comes in a 6cm extension. It has a short quill -- 145mm -- which may be what you're looking for. From the minimum insertion point, you've got 78mm to the top of the stem. (I've found that
