I've ridden a few Rivs set up with V-brakes at the HQ, and their
serious stoppage really adds to the solid feel of the bikes. V-brakes
are now kind of retro...

Eric's bike is very cool, and he did a nice job on the part spec and
assembly. Shortly after Eric stopped by to show us his new bike, we
put together a 52 Hillborne. What a great bike! Granted, I just rode
it around the block, but, after a few fit adjustments, I could see
spending the day on it. V
