I have always heard them referred to a "P clamps" or "Adel clamps"
regardless of size.

a. my Fargo has a PDW FenderBot on Planet Bike fenders. Been there
since the fall. Lots of dirt road riding.

c. the Hillborne has a light attached to a front rack. My LHT has the
light on the fork crown without a front rack for protection. Both
bikes have fenders.

I've had a Spanninga SPxba on an SKS P50 fender for over a year and
over 3000 miles... and another over 6months and over 2000 miles... all
weather... both still function perfectly
