I concur; it does sound like it'd fit him. At 6' 1", this probably the
exact size someone of that height should be riding...but this is an
estimate, being that I'm 6' 4". I'll stick those 56mm tires (mentioned in
the posting) back in there today and take a measurement for you.

This might just fit the bill for a build I want to do for my younger
brother. He's taller than I am at 6'1'' and I can straddle a typical 22"
ATB from the same era so I think a 23" wouldn't be a stretch for him. Do
you have any idea what the standover height was with a 2.3 tire?
