Either 56 or 58 would work. The 56 takes 26" wheels, which buys slightly
fatter tire clearance and less "toe overlap", if you care about such things.

I'm not quite 5'10" and have a PBH of 84.5. I ride a 56cm Atlantis - it's
fine but I'm pretty sure a 58cm would work for me. My Rambouillet is a 58cm
and that works very well. Check Grant's fit charts and information for more
guidance.

I have a 56 Atlantis, 5'9" and PBH of 85, and it fits great. I could
have gotten the 58 but found a good deal on a used 56. I haven't been
sorry.

Same as me. I had a 56 Atlantis that fit great. I never tried a 58
but seems it would be on the big side though within the range of
reason.
