It's a demi-porteur/ rando rack he built himself under orc racks. I have had two of his racks, and still have one of them on my girlfriend's pelican. It's very light and stiff, well built. I've only carried about 30lb of groceries on it, but it held up great. Highly recommend a rack from him.
