The bars are a bit higher than they have been over the last 12 years. I am
preparing for Ride the Rockies and experimenting with a 1-2cm higher
handlebar. I don't think I like the higher bars
But more pertinent, I may have misspoke. I took the Legolas out for an
afternoon ride, and I think
There are bikes that I look at, and they just make sense. This is one
of them. Bars a tad high for my taste, but that's my taste. Nice
ride. Simple, competent, functional, pulled-together.

I forgot the best part. I had dropped my car off for service in the
morning and biked from the dealer. On the way back I flatted a couple

That is a beautiful bike. It's good to hear that after 11 years it is
still "the favorite". A few subtle changes as time marches on but
