I am a teacher as well, and like Rob, I make sure to leave the house everyday for a ride - an even rotation of my stable of Rivs, depending on the ride. With my wife being a teacher as well, and both our kids at home, any excuse I can think of to get out for a little zen on the bike is essential. W
