I'll bet the price will be about half of Babyshoe Passes when they get
fully out on the market. I'm sure I'll get a pair for my camping bike.
Super happy to have another 40+mm road tire to choose from.

unusual huh?... maybe just cheap. I find Pasela pricing varies by size.
The bigger sizes are more $$.
I like that they used the thicker tread. Better in the dirt or for loaded
touring. If you want a faster tire get a Hetre.

I may be unusual (some would say that's obvious), I've never paid more
than $20 for a Pasela. Usually in the $15 range.

I wonder if these tires would be good on a 650B tandem, for a heavy team.
I have thought about converting from time to time. But I wasn't real
enthusiastic about putting something like a Compass or Grand Bois on
there. Wire bead Pasela 650Bx42 might be better.

mortar shop seems about right for a Pasela PT in (almost) 2015. Last time I
priced Pasela TG in 700c they were $45ish. This same 650b tire in wire bead has
a riv retail of $38 which seems pretty swell by my wallet. I b
