Yes, I'm referring to the color that has showed up on a few frames (new
Cheviot batch, Roadini, Appaloosa)
My Protovelo (up for sale on another post) is painted this color and I'd
like to carefully touch up a couple of spots, even if it's not a 100%
perfect match.

Yes, that's the color Grant calls RBW Blue. The AHH hue looks a little lighter
to me, not that the Testors touchup wouldn't work on both. No touchup paint is
going to seemlessly blend into the original color, which is why I don't bother
with it anymore. I'm either going to have a scratch I notic
I think he might be asking about the Blue on the Cheviot or the Appaloosa?

If you mean the blue used on the AHH, Testors Gloss Blue.
