The down slopping looks more exaggerated because the rear end is raised up,
but if you look at the angles at the juncture of the top tubes and the seat
tube, you can see that the top tubes are still down slopping.

Not that this really matters because it is an interesting bike regardless,
but Is that TT really downsloping or is this an optical illusion? The rear
wheel is higher than the front due to the brake/stand and I'm not sure if
the ground and siding on the building is level. I'm just eyeballing it, b
I have the same bike, but in green. These were made in India (everything,
including the seat and tires). Mine was imported sometime in the 1990s; it sat
