I like to sew and design bags so have made a few bike accessories. These
include waterproof Brooks covers and a bag for my Wald basket. My current
project is a set of panniers for my Ram. We're going on a winter break trip to
Florida, so I am outfitting her with oilcloth panniers in a tropica
Tony, Do you use a standard sewing machine or a heavy-duty one? I've made a
few (non-bike) items with cordura and other heavier fabrics but with mixed
results. I'm not sure how well my portable would handle proper canvas.
