No. I set one up with a 46/26/24 & 8speed 13-28. It worked fine with the
chain that had been on a Specialized Sequoia.
If you can tell the frame difference between this 55cm Betty & 50 cm Chevy,
you have a better eye than me.

IIRC, Betty frames are made in Taiwan but use Toyo made forks.

I came across the measurement somewhere. It said the BF has 45 mm chain stays
and the Chev 55 mm. That means nothing to me, but maybe it will to some of the
more techy folks here. Anyone care to interpret for Cecily and me?

like Leah: when the Betty Foy was discontinued in favour of the Cheviot, I

I love that color, too, and was really thrilled to hear Cheviot is getting it,

are coming with cream headtubes, which tells me the lug cutouts will be the
same. I like the Betty's same-color headtube and red highlights.
I don't have a good reason for asking the question, save only a nagging
curiosity. How much of an improvement to the ride did Grant make when he
changed up Rivendell's mixte? I admit I do like the name of the Cheviot and the
head badge and the story of the sheep over the Foy's. And does it ride
