Patrick of the Moore: the Snowqualmies measure within 1-2mm of nominal, as is
my experience with all 3 Compass tires I’ve tried. They go on 3-4mm small, then
stretch with use, though slowly for me because I don’t inflate them over 40psi.

Snoqualmies actually measure on your rims?
Patrick Moore, who wishes Compass had a similar tire that was 1 cm wider.
