I just ordered a pair to be made from my sketches made on their patterns.I
emailed the sketches to Bethlehem and she added them to the order.

Me! A lot. I like some of the models even better than the ones Grant got, and
might looking at some. I have the same ultra-wide foot issue, so if these are
indeed wider than most... bonus.
