Erl - Unfortunately I think a 56cm Atlantis is too tall from a standover
perspective (maybe you can confirm, but I cap out about a 31" standover and
get nervous trying to dismount anything higher in traffic or in a pinch).

There's also the Capitol BikeShare that has stations all over the city, and you
can get a 24 hour membership for $8 plu

Off topic and not Riv-related, but thought I'd ask the group as there seems
to be some DC area people on here. I'm traveling there in a few weeks to
visit my brother. He has one bike (an '84 trek 500 I converted to 650b for
him) and I'm looking for another so we can do a rambling 30-50 mile day
