Wait..I think it is telling us simply that the case dont lock. So lock it to
the rail.
But i do see the metal bracket on the outside of the shell that one could
probably rum a ulock through.
In anycase, It looks like they dont really remove bikes nightly.

Maybe I misread it.
Maybe it doesn't mean that you aren't allowed to lock the case, just that it is
best to use the inside rail, for whatever reason.
I could see two thieves easily breaking the small bolts that hold the clam
frame to the ground with a mallet and crowbar and then lifting the clam
Probably a law enforcement request—they want to be able to see what’s under the
clamshell.
