Ryan, my 6’3” dad just got his in RBW blue today. I recommend you do the same
in 64 cm. What isn’t to like about the Clem? Mine needed a little lightening up
(which Analog Cycles sweetly helped me accomplish), but the weight of a Clem
should be nothing to you with the body measurements you gave.
I don't think anyone will dissuade you from buying a big Clem L and even if you
bought one and changed your mind, you'd likely find an easy sale.
I find too many bikes overwhelming. My count is currently four, but I aspire to
reduce to two. (Can't seem to do it though).

I like smart bikes but have way to many. They do not make a Cheviot that would
fit me, I had but sold a jumbo mountain Mixte Rosco before building it up.
I am 6’6”ish 220-240ish with a 99.5PBH in my early fifties. Is there a
good/great reason to get a step through at this stage of my cycling ca
