If you can use digital calipers, I would highly recommend measuring with
those. Also, as I've learned twice now with online used stem purchases,
make sure if you're buying used that you're getting an accurately measured
stem. 1cm too long is disappointing if you know exactly what you need.

Trying out some old Bullmoose bars on a 650b conversion and was wondering:
are there major difference in feel/comfort between the original 80's bars
and the Riv re-makes?
I know the obvious ones about the shape and sweepback and overall beautiful
aesthetic of the newer ones.

Acorn Tall Rando Bag - Ranger Tan.
I just got this and found that even the tall will be too short for my
needs, so a custom bag is in the works.

I've tried the VO Course and Rando bars. The Rando had too much flair for me.
The Course was comfy but too wide at 46cm. I prefer 42cm's give or take. I have
some Belleri randos that I like, with minimal flair. Stumbled upon some GB Maes
parallels at 41cm, that might be a tad too narrow.

Building up a bike and it needs some new drops. Any suggestions? What do
you ride?
I know Noodles of course, and I've tried them in 3 different widths and for
some reason they don't hit home for me.
If you had to put a drop bar other than a Noodle on your Riv/Riv-ish bike,
what would it be?

Acorn Bags introduced a Tall Rando Bag a while back and Berthoud sells a
taller h-bag too - the 28 model or it's variations.
I just ordered a tall Acorn bag so hopefully this will solve my problems

As the rainy season approaches, I've been motivated to keep myself dry. My
former method of riding in the rain was to ride a fendered bike, and then
simply get soaked on my commutes.
I'd like to attempt to stay as dry and comfy as the fall season approaches.

I didn't measure that when it was built up. Anyone with a built up 60cm

Also, it's a 58cm frame that I now believe is going to be too small for me.
Anyone interested in trading a larger size for the one I have?

Howdy. New to this group.
I bought a first generation Quickbeam (green, canti) and was wondering if
this was originally sold as a separate frame or a complete package - if a
complete bike, which parts did it originally come equipped with?
Thanks!
