brake hole to canti-mount spacing is too long for the m12.

How do people safely carry a camera by bike? I have camping bike with a basket
and my entire camera bag fits in the front with a bungee net over it, or
sometimes the camera bag goes in the shop sack. Either way I put a little
padding under to absorb the bumps.

Are you using friction shifting? On some chainrings there is a chamfer leading
into the teeth which makes one side of the teeth line up with the edge of the
chainring and the other side is slightly offset. I have had good luck flipping
the chainring backwards to get a touch more space bet

Thanks cyclotourist and patrick, this is good info for me too pass along. I
suspect many of the parts on her bike are over 20 years old and while they work
fine, a slight upgrade could do wonders to improve the wieildiness of the bike.

steep ramps. Even in the page you referenced the author mentions that ramps

I have to second this bit about the signature. Anything more than one line
seems excessive to me and really adds to the clutter of threads. I understand
