I’ve got 52cm from the tip of the Cambium saddle to center of handlebars.
68cm to the bend in the hoods on both sides. It’s great - as is, the saddle
and bar are level.

6'2", and was recommended a 60cm Joe. I went with the 58 because I wanted
to use it with drop bars and have been thrilled with it.

Looking for a Mark's Rack, if anyone has one collecting dust. Or if you're
seeing this post and found a better solution you like for the carrying of a
basket on a Joe, let me know. Thanks!

I converted the stock rims on my Appaloosa with two layers of Stan's tape,
Stan's valves and a little sealant. I'm using Specialized Fast Trak tubeless
tires (it's been fabulous), and have a similar setup as another poster with
Pacenti SL23 rims and Compass Barlow Pass setup tubeless - I've been
Gorgeous! Nice build.

It's the Soma Porteur rack. Still debating on what to use with it. I go back
and forth between wanting a giant basket on there and also not wanting one on
there.
