+1 on the Riv MUSA shorts. I have a number of pair that I’ve had for ~4 years,
they are bombproof. I’m not as fond of the pants as they are a bit funky in the
way they fit me.

Deacpn,
What a great trip and report. Appreciate your on-going sense of adventure and
the efforts you extend in writing and photographing it.
Thanks!

If we want to consider cruel, a visit to a slaughter house, where our meat
comes from should be under consideration.
Our industrially produced food can also be seen as a display of human arrogance.

While I loathe indoor workout machines (rowing & cycling) I have friends who
really enjoy spin classes.
Some of them don’t ride bicycles out in the real world but they use these
workouts to get and stay fit.
They enjoy the social aspect of spin classes, some get wicked fit.
Not a problem,

That orange looks to be similar to the paint on my custom Riv:

+1 on the Park master link tool. It’s resulted in a significant reduction in
my Tourette,s syndrome.

Eunice,
Thanks. I’m encouraged that Maggie is using a ‘DoggyRide’ trailer which is
what I’m pondering.

Shoji,
Thanks, I’m mainly going to use it on my commute to work. I’m fortunate that it
is ~6 miles and on quiet streets and a paved trail. I’m lucky that I can devote
the Saluki to this and keep free my custom from this task.

We have a new puppy and taking care of her has impacted my regular bike
commuting to work.
I’m exploring the idea of getting a Doggyride trailer to hook to the Saluki to
take the pup to work with me.
Has anyone here had experience with this or any other trailer on their bike?

I'll use my Saluki if I do this.
I'm interested of others have experience towing trailers with their Riv's.
I'm thinking a Doggyride trailer looks like a good choice.
Thanks,
