and fenders as a Mother's day present. She absolutely loves it and
has been riding it a lot, but wants the shifters (downtube) up higher
somewhere on the bars

I have a pair of line-new Quasi's that I would sell. They have been
ridden about 25 miles total, but all of the miles were in winter
through snow so there is really no wear on them. These are great
tires.
