This may be a long-shot but I figured I would try. I am traveling to SF
this new year and my cousin and I were looking to do an overnight bike
trip, leaving from and returning to SF. I have been a long time lurker and
poster here, and I am wondering if anyone in the SF area would consider

There is not a Rohloff-equipped bike in my stable. There are several
derailleur less multi-speed single speeds in my stable.

Patrick, many thanks for sharing this inspiring video. I have an 85 year
old acquaintance who reguarly rides his Joe App When asked how he does it,
his reply is "because I do it"! I will hit the 90 mark (hopefully) in 16
more years, so the plan is "to keep doing it":-)))

I do. I do bug her. We have Marco Polo so we video message every day, so I’ve had plenty of chances. She is a long-suffering woman, is Roberta. I have a 103 week workout streak on Apple Fitness and maybe I just really want someone else to be on it so I can say, “Ugh, did you do that upper body work
I can ride in the winter, but choose to go only if 35 - 40 degrees or
warmer and the sun is shining. Basically, that means going from commuting
every day to riding on most weekends, only.
Walking, hiking and I'll be starting weight lifting soon. I might get back
into yoga. I did love that.
Hi everyone — The crankset is sold. Thanks!

Therese is a delightful person and a very good rider. I used to run across
her a lot in the East Bay and at SFR events, but I don't think our paths
have crossed lately.
She's also a fair bit more enlightened about gearing than the filmmaker.
Her set up isn't perfect, but it's close (IMHO).

That was wonderful.
If you move the cursor to the progress bar below the video but not stop,
rewind or advance the frame , becomes a profile such as a ride route. Very
subtle!
That imagery of progress in a person's biography projected as the profile
of a route is extremely communicative, I go
