I just received this from another group member. It is perfect but we
discovered that some of these came with a slightly shorter quill - 160mm
vs. 190mm. I need the longer one and have found one - but this one needs to
go. I bought it for $150.00 shipped so I feel I should pass it along for

That is a very clean looking bike...in both senses...as in the drivetrain
looks clean enough to eat off and the minimalism of the bike overall.
Lovely colordoesn't need the cream. Less really is more

Generally speaking, I can at least confirm the anchor bolts can be
replaced, in a pinch (pun intended,) with a m5 bolt and washer. I mention
this alternative simply because this is what I was forced to do after
foolishly taking a quick test ride mid-build after doing some parts
swapping while
I looked on Cyclofiend and where they were visible, the Atlantises all
appeared to have the W. It may not be related to Waterford after all.

It does look like there would be enough room for the 2.3 RTP. Do you know
which rims they are using? Seems to me they should be Cliffhangers for that
wide of a tire, but they say they build the bike with Dyads.

@Jeff, I've seen some of the black coated Mark's rack still available for
sale. If that's OK for you.

That appears to be a late sixties, early seventies Gitane frame judging by
the seat stays that wrap over the seat lug. In the early seventies they
changed to a different style of seat stay cap. Same decals. The decals are
reproduced and easily available. It could be a Tour de France or a Super

I wonder if shoving the edge of a flathead screwdriver under to catch the
side of a square under the rivet will help to keep it from turning in order
to unscrew it?

Without seeing the details of the stock R559 cable anchor I can't say if
it's replaceable, or even a groove could be formed with it as it is. Even
this detailed exterior image desn't really help as you gotta see the what's
inside. All that said though, certain cables are more prone to squashing
