I agree completely about Rivs wearing Rivendell decals. One of several
reasons I got a custom instead of a Roadeo.

Drw, I PM'd you.
Yes I know of the analog stems. I wrote them a few days ago...they aren't
sure when their next run is going to be and it sounds like they are looking
for a producer to make them..so those aren't available new now.
I think the 5cm tech is such a good compromise for
I have an extra analog 30mm stem with a 31.8 clamp. I bought 2 but am only
using one at the moment. If you’re interested, I could part with it.

I have a Soma quill adapter with a 40mm threadless stem which allows me to use
a Jones Loop Bar on my 1985 MB-2, and it works great. I chose the Soma because
it was the adapter that I could find with the greatest length to get the bars
way up high.

Just checking if my message went through and you are still planning on selling.

Anyone have a Mission Rambler pack they have attached a water bottle to for

Not as elegant as a Nitto stem, you can get a quill stem adapter and put a
threadless style stem on it. MTB stems are available down to 30mm or so,
thanks to the downhill crowd. Or, you could get one of those adjustable
angle stems and point it up high. That would reduce the reach. Heavy and

Analog cycles sells lovely zero and 3 cm extension brazed steel stems. A bit
expensive but worth it. Right now I think they are the only sub 5 cm game in
town, though there’s been some suggestion crust is working with nitto on an
extra short extension stem.

I used to have all sorts of auto shifting and slipping Silver levers on the
downtube of my Roadeo when putting down power, especially when standing. Those
problems don't exist as bar ends on the same bike. Not sure why that is. I even

Maybe I got a bad set? I had terrible ghost shifting problems from mine! After
several years of fiddling with other things to try to fix I replaced them with

That stem is incredible. I can see myself building a bike around one. From
the comments on the Radavist page, it sounds like Crust is having Nitto
make them, and they intend to be available soon. Given Crust's ability to
stock things, I'm not holding my breath. I do hope it happens, though.

I have them on the down tubes of both of my RBW products and really like them
