$51 for Extra Leger Lierres, $37 for regular ones, per current
exchange rates on xe.com, that's pretty good.
How do you get them shipped to the US? The Grand Bois site is very
Japanese heavy. When I try to use Google Translate it tells me the
page is already in English.

The quest for cheep and "good enough" often costs more than "spectacular."
Why? Spectacular is accomplished by so few, there are 1-4 in any given
market and slight research will narrow that down to 1-2 for specific
desires. But everyone does "cheep" and claims some version of "good enough."

It is sad that they are closing. Maybe it is the economy-to-price-of-goods

I just responded to a similar question on the 650b group:
1. Schwalbe Kojak. In 650b/27.5 size, it comes in 1.35" width. And these
tires measure ~ 34mm on Synergy rims.
2. Soma B-line. I have never seen these measure more than 37mm, even on the
wide-ish Pacenti SL23 rims.
3. as a replacement

So I am looking around to see if there are any similarly built tires that

I believe the blue one I saw Grant riding has a Hunqa fork; #3 is smaller and
uses a Sam fork (road brakes). Other than size and brakes, they look like the
same design to me.

Looking back at photos of the first prototype, it's a different bike than
what materialized - the prototype had a much taller front end and used a
cantilever-brake fork.

They are in perfect condition.
The publisher lists sets from No. 1 to No. 50 for $350.
I'm asking $175 plus shipping USPS book rate (which is cheap).
