Even if you took out "[type] [number]" and did it for the URLs, tags, and other
formats (i.e. n1234, node/1234), that would still be a huge improvement, and
people would probably adapt to commenting like that when they find o

I'd also add openstreetmap.org, osm.org, www.osm.org and wiki.osm.org as
variants for the URL links, I've seen people (including myself) shorten links
to help with how much space they take up.
