i am looking for a solution for my client for wanted to use
radius server for assigning IP address instead of the NAS doing
it. They have their reason.
is it the only way, to use the SQL? or is there another way?

i am using oracle as my user database as well as the session database,
i can use multiple server for authentication, for high availability
purposes.
can i do the same thing with session database?
