Does anybody know the maximum password length for Radiator and the USR
HiperArc. I have had some user who couldn't authenticate to the NT-SAM when
dialing in. After changing the very long password to a shorter one, she
could dialin. Her normal authentication loging in to the NT-domain worked
I think the problem is that sometimes people use mschap instead of pap. I've
had the problem a couple of times with clients, and i couldn't find why the
computer encrypted the username. Because they didn't want to reinstall the
dialupsoftware i gave them a script, which worked well. If i had more
ck it out.

My experience is that the passwordlogfile is only written for users
authenticated by file, and doesn't work for users authenticated by NT.
