I tried to run RADIATOR from the command line with Activestate PERL 5.18, but
my account doesn’t have the privileges for Authby LSA to work.
Let me know if you get Win32-Lsa going for Active perl 5.20 or 5.22.

know what protocol Tacacs in radiator uses?
I see it uses RPC calls to domain controllers.

TACACS+ users use port 49 on radiator server. But radiator server talks to
Domain Controller to authenticate users.
When radiator server talks to DC server, what protocol does it use?

Radiator calls the LSA API on the windows host it runs on.
