Using cat to view the downloaded RPM file shows the software license agreement. the following command is what i used to download the file, wget --http-user=XX --http-password=XX * http://www.open.com.au/radiator/demo-downloads/dl.cgi/Radiator-Locked-4.9-2.noarch.rpm *
