(RADIATOR) Duplicate request ID's

I have trace set to 3 and I seem to be getting a lot of these below in my logfile. (about 10 every 30 minutes or so).  What is the impact of this on my customers logging in?  What can I do about it?.  I read the manual and it said I could adjust the setting however it does not recommend it.
