also running v2.18.2 of Radiator. I see the same thing in the log, and
restart_wrapper reports:

You might also try more recent versions of DBI and/or DBD-Oracle.

We are using DBI 1.15, and DBD::Oracle 1.06 built with Oracle 8.0.5
libraries.
