Is it possible to reduce the size of the detail file
by not recording some lines that our billing system does
not require such as Proxy-State, etc.
As we only use stop records for accounting it would also
be handy if we did not record start and alive records if at all
possible.

How did you restart Radiator? Did you send a -HUP or did you kill and restart
the process? There were some problems with a -HUP not restarting correctly,
so you should probably upgrade to the latest version which is Radiator 2.19.
