execute radiator with different permissions than root.

After adding to my Radiator config file the option, I'm
getting this error.
# /usr/local/bin/radiusd -c -config_file /etc/radiator/config.cfg

I've tried with 3 triplets option like you suggested cached more triplets, and
now it's just stuck at some challenge phase , and iPhone just says "unable to
connect"
