Yes: use put-pinhole.
But if you can cope without pinholes for a little while, do check out
2htdp/image. It is better in all other ways (and it will get pinholes
eventually).

but have not found a tool create an image whose pinhole is at the north-west
of that of an image haviing its pinhole in the centre. May be a stupid
question. Of course I have seen nw:rectangle, but I have not seen such thing
