We are finding a file (or directory) with name "tarzan" inside all
directories inside given path upto given depth.
Recursion is needed here, because tarzan-near-top-of-tree? calls
tarzan-in-directory? and tarzan-in-directory? calls
tarzan-near-top-of-tree? for each file in given directory.

I meant to send that last email to a person directly, i was responding to an
old list post from the old list address. I clicked on a link that had their
email on it and thought it was for their email. If it's possible to delete
