I'm pretty certain that seeing this warning indicates that your
`.Rbuildignore` is ignoring something that it shouldn't. You certainly
shouldn't be creating this file by hand.

Yes, during maintainance work in restructuring of the processes, the
auto-check services cannot work reliably.
