point me in the direction of a package, which I can use to
plot my bootstrapped confidence intervals?
All help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,

Hi all,
I have bootstrapped my weighted regression equation using the
following formula and the package boot to obtain bootstrap confidence
intervls for my parameters:
>drought <- read.table("D:/drought080525.txt", header=T)
>regres <- function(x, indices) {
>x <- x[indices,]
>coef(lm(x$AGB ~ x$

the variables are added to the model matters and that this influences
the P-value, but can this make such a big difference?
Which P-values are best to use? Also, could this be an indication
something is wrong with my model?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Geertje

hope it is
clear what I am trying to do!
I have tried looking on the internet and in the R archives, but I can't
find what I am looking for.
Thanks very much in advance for your help!

Dear Prof. Ripley,
Thanks for your response! I used the REML method. If I estimate the gls
models using ML estimation, the AIC values are equal.
Many thanks,
Geertje

it works with more than one plot.

for spatial autocorrelation in your residuals or have I misinterpreted the
working of Morna's I? Or is there a better way to calculate it then I have done
so far?
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks,
