What do you mean by IID tests?
You certainly can create sequences of iid
variables/vectors in R (see ?rnorn, ?runif, ?mvrnorm
from package MASS, etc.).

And the dependent package is 'ncdf', which is not available. So, how do
I conduct the IID tests? Can I do these iid tests in Base R?
